Rocky Mountain Spanish Academy uses your name, email, account information, and lesson records to manage your learning, bookings, package credits, and support requests.

Services used to provide lessons

Clerk manages sign-in, Stripe processes payments, Firebase stores academy records and learning-material links, and Google Calendar and Google Meet provide scheduling and online lessons. Vercel hosts the website and provides website analytics. Resend sends booking updates. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in academy records.

Your information

Flor can view the student and lesson details needed to teach and manage the academy. Account and booking information is used to provide these services. Free public resources can be downloaded without creating an account.

Questions and account requests

For questions about your information, corrections, or an account deletion request, contact learnspanishwithflor@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for business and accounting purposes.
